Internet issues need a tech

I keep calling and your customer service number is one of the worst things I’ve ever seen can’t speak to no one. 

machine keeps telling me I need to schedule a tech and it will send me a text message. I never received a text message. I’ve called three times and can’t get anybody to help or even speak to someone.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
