Internet Issues - Internet keeps cutting out

My internet keeps cutting out on me, but when testing the gateway, all is great.  I need a technician to come to my home to reconfigure how my network is set up to ensure it is functioning properly.  I can't seem to get a phone number to call or anyone to connect with to do this.  This is really frustrating, feels like no one wants to speak live to a customer any more.  Troubleshooting does not fix the problem, I need an expert.

To access your account, will you please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityKrista​ thanks, but you just asked me to do exactly what I was complaining about.  I want to speak to a live person, but the experience I have is that I keep getting directed to text and forums.  Where’s the customer service?
