Internet issues and I need to speak to someone.

I really need to speak to somebody. It's been 3 days with nothing but internet problems at my house. I finally got in after 45 minutes with dealing with the AI assistant. After I spoke to somebody they recommended going with the new modem. I got the new modem and now I'm having the same exact problems. 

I've been trying to call and get in touch with somebody for an hour now. I'm completely stuck on the your modem is rebooting and no one can help you until it's rebooted phase. 

Can someone on here who works for Xfinity please reach out to me. I can't take it anymore. 

It's unacceptable that we pay this amount of money every single month for internet and we can't get in touch with a human being anymore. 

So please can someone help me.

I've spent my whole day trying to speak to a human. It's absurd. The phone system makes it nearly impossible to get a human other than shear luck, and the App let's you chat with somebody, but once they can't help you, there's no option to speak to someone one the phone. And if one doesn't have internet, makes it hard to use the app to chat cause it keeps disconnecting.

I am just trying to get back on xfinity acct.  Used Samsung remote to get in and now can’t get service restored.  Tell me what to do please SISTER BERNADETTE

What are you trying to watch on your Samsung TV: Live TV, On Demand programming, etc? Are you able to send me a picture of what you're seeing on your TV screen?
