@user_ysdj1x - I would suggest calling Xfinity Tech Support and ask them to re-provision your upgraded Internet service tier, so that it actually takes effect, also make sure you power cycle the Cable Modem.
user_ysdj1x Thanks for reaching out with your speed concern after a recent upgrade. I would be happy to review the account to see what is going on. When you did the upgrade did you power cycle the modem to update it's bootfile?
