Internet is terrible
For the past 3-4 weeks, my internet has dropped at for no apparent reason. No outages, just stops working for random periods of time (sometimes 30 mins., sometimes 8 hours). Had a tech finally come out on Sunday, couldn’t fix it so he escalated to maintenance who assured me it would be fixed Monday morning. It’s Tuesday evening and the internet has been out for 8 hours… again. No one to talk to besides an AI who uselessly tells me over and over to unplug and plug back in. The modem is new, traded the old one in last week hoping that would fix it. What am I paying for ?? If this is not resolved by the end of the week, I need to cancel my service. Someone please help

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
