Internet is out…again
Once again, my Xfinity Internet is out. I cannot express how incredibly unsatisfactory everything about Xfinity is. From the quality of the product that is delivered, if it ever even works, to the complete lack of customer service. I don’t even know what I am paying for since Xfinity cannot seem to actually deliver reliable and consistent Internet service. I never had this problem with AT&T, so can someone from Xfinity explain to me why they are incapable of providing the service that I have paid for? As if the service itself is not bad enough, Xfinity has made it virtually impossible to even speak to a customer service representative. Instead, we have to come to a message board like this to file a complaint. I have to assume that my message board post will be ignored just like the last one that I posted. Xfinity clearly does not care in the least about its customers since it has a monopoly on portions of the market. The Xfinity business model is borderline criminal. If I could drop Xfinity immediately and go with AT&T, I would do so, because at least AT&T knows how to deliver reliable and consistent service with customer support.
