Internet is out, xfinity assistant is not responding

My internet has been off and on since Sunday 10am.  I try to troubleshoot through the app with xfinity assitant but after telling me that it can help me troubleshoot it stops responding. I have restarted my gateway but is still not connecting.

Having your internet go in and out for days is incredibly disruptive, and it’s even more frustrating to feel stuck, especially after you’ve already taken steps like restarting your gateway. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
