Internet is cutting out way too often
I work from home, kids are doing homework and wife needs the internet, this is ridiculous it’s been cutting out every 5-10mins since 7am this morning

Hey there @user_41aqt5 I can certainly understand how frustrating and disruptive it is when your internet keeps cutting out, especially when you're working from home. I know how critical a stable connection is as someone that's working from home. To confirm, have you checked your account to see if there is an active service interruption you may be affected by?
You can view the service interruption by logging into your Xfinity App it would automatically be displayed at the top or you can also check on the status by clicking on https://www.xfinity.com/support/status.
