Internet is CONSTANTLY down for maintenance in Sanford Maine. Yet internet is up 1 town over. Am told it's "down for planned maintenance"

I've NEVER in my LIFE had my internet go down as often as with Xfinity. I've been across the U.S.A. I've had ISPs of every type. I've lived in extremely rural areas. Yet somehow my xfinity internet that I pay $95 nearly $100 for is down every other week. It's RIDICULOUS and there's NO REASON I should have to pay this much money for such AWFUL POOR SERVICE. I work 12 hour shifts and come home to no internet.
