Internet interruption
My internet has been out for HOURS, with no time frame as to when it will be back on, I work from home and can’t keep taking time off because Xfinity decides when I should have access to my internet, it’s very frustrating and inconvenient to have to miss a day’s pay

Just to clarify, are you seeing a reported service interruption or planned maintenance in the Xfinity app? I understand how frustrating it is when the service is not working, especially if you work from home. You can request a credit for the time you have been without services, once the service is restored, by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/credit-xfinity-assistant.
