Internet intermittent all day!
From computer internet to cell phone WiFi to Amazon Alexa I’ve been intermittent all day..terrible ..app says no outages in my area..what gives !

Oh no @BAM, I am sorry to hear you have had problems with service today. I can't imagine the headache this has caused you. Our team would be happy to help. First, has this just been an issue today, or have you noticed the problem before?
I would like to rule out the basics to start. Can you check the coax cable at the wall and the modem? Please make sure all connections are finger tight. Do you have an amplifier in the home (little box plugged into an outlet and has a coax cable attached)? Have you recently made any changes to the location of the modem? Do you have a splitter attached to the modem? I appreciate your help!

Yes everything is finger tight… I have an amplifier in the basement. There’s no splitter at the modem. And nothing has got changed recentlyat all. Thanks for getting back to me I appreciate it.

I also had called earlier today when the Internet went out but then when I got on the phone with a rep the Internet was back on and they ran test on your end and everything was fine but then after we ended the call and 10 minutes later it went out again.
