internet installation

I have been a customer with Xfinity for over 3 years now and this is the hardest it has been to speak with a live person. I had my new internet installed in march and the wifi has not been installed into the ground outside my home! I have scheduled five appointments through the Xfinity app allegedly speaking with live people, but no technician ever comes to install the cables properly. I need this resolved and these wires properly installed underground out of the road! Please can someone help me get this taken care of.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
