My wifi and Internet has been out all day can you fix it.

When a connection is down for more than a few moments, I always recommend to start by checking to see if there are any posted interruptions in your area. You can use the Xfinity app to check our Xfinity status center.

If no alert is showing, the Xfinity app is the next stop for troubleshooting. The Xfinity app will help review your connection and can detect network issues, as well as set up an appointment if needed.
