internet has not been working for 2 days - no resolution from xfinity
Internet has not been working for 2 staight days. Chated with an agent initially yesterday, first agent the just left the chat without saying anything. 2nd agent was stating that their was an error on my account and that is why I have no service. Then keep pushing for me to setup a new account, with a new plan. Sounds fake to me that I would need to setup a new account/plan just to resolve my internet issue. 3rd agent was more helpful, but the internet eventually stopped working again, after 20-30min, post resolution. 4th agent was helpful, but we could not get my internet working, so he has scheduled for a tech to come take a look, 6/25/24: between 10:00am-12:00pm. Tech had never showed up and my internet is still not working.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
