Internet has been out since 1/13 in Portland

My partner and I are students in Portland, Oregon zip code 97209 and haven't had internet since 1/13/24. There has been barley any communication from Xfinity and as students we heavily rely on our internet. We have been using our hotspots but our usage is limited... I'm just frustrated with the lack of communication and Xfinitys unwillingness to reimburse or aid those who haven't had internet for over a week (with barely any updates). Is there anyway we can get even a rough estimate of when the internet might get fixed?

To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
