Internet has been out for 5+ days, no info other than “planned maintenance”

Our internet suddenly went out last Wednesday with no warning or heads up from xfinity. When using the chatbot or trying to call, all of the information we can get is that it’s due to “planned maintenance” and no time estimate of when it will completed.

Is there really no way to talk to a live person and get any additional information? The phone bot just hangs up on me. This outage has been incredibly disruptive.
