Internet Goes Out Everyday

I’ve had Xfinity for years but for the last few weeks it’s been going out everyday and you can’t talk to anyone!!! Why does it keep going out everyday?? And for how much we pay we can’t talk to someone?? I’m about to cancel my service because this is a joke. Do better.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
