Thank you, @user_mshek9 That's a great program that really helps customers! Xfinity will notify applicants of their Internet Essentials approval status via email, text message, or regular mail. Applicants can also check the status of their application online at InternetEssentials.com or by calling 1-855-846-8376. To check online, applicants can:

  1. Go to the InternetEssentials.com homepage
  2. Click Check Application Status
  3. Enter their phone number and last name, or Application ID and last name.
