Internet essentials account will not activate
I have spent the last three days chatting and calling to be passed around to 20 different agents who then leave me hanging and never fix the problem. I have Internet essentials and I can’t even see my account when I login with my username. Please help me I live in constantine Michigan heartland region ZIP Code, 49042

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Still no response and still can not access my account. I can login and all i see are my old accounts from my address’s. I cant link or unlink when i go to billing and payment i get a restricted area message. This new app [Edited: "Language"] SO BAD along with the website too. All it does is go in circles! Login again and again circle back to where I started again and again. Its ridiculous to have to go through this over and over!
its lost all functionality and user experience. Cant do anything you could do on my account and xfi app. Stupid
