Internet essential modem

Hello, my name is Grace. I ordered an Internet Essentials modem, and it said it would arrive in 3-5 business days. Is there any way I can track it? Thank you.

You would receive an email regarding the equipment being shipped. In that email, it will provide the tracking number. Typically, it will come from FedEx or UPS.

Same here, I applied over a month ago actually in january 20th, i  heard nothing or received anything.. called customer service said they will deliver it Wednesday last week... they screw the order up, I then contacted someone today and they fixed the situation, showed me they ordered my modem and it shipped already. I got a tracking number, don't know where to track at? hopefull I get it this week. p.s also offered to compensate for the hassle.
