Internet Dropping for Months - Cannot Get Past the AI Xfinity Assistant. How do I get an agent?
I am about to lose my mind. I have been paying for Xfinity's top tier Internet for over a year. Over the past few months, it has dropped several times daily. I work remotely and this is causing major problems with my business. I have called the customer service repeatedly and the AI bot just routes me through tasks which are useless and then they disconnect. How do I get to speak to an actual human being?

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out to us here and create a new post. I understand your network hasn't been performing as expected, which has caused some major headaches. Additionally, you've been running into obstacles while attempting to reach our support team. I appreciate all your efforts so far. We try to make getting help as easy as possible, but I'm sorry to hear you didn't get that experience.
I rely on my network daily, so I can imagine this hasn't been easy to navigate. That said, we are a full-service team that is always ready to help. You also have great experts and fellow customers here who can help you navigate and troubleshoot further.
Have you seen any issues being reported on the Xfinity App regarding your service or any issues in the area? Any changes recently to your equipment? Does your work require a VPN? If so, do you see the issues while on the VPN, or anytime that you are online?
