Internet downgrade
I was considering downgrading my internet service level from the 600 Mbps plan to the 100 Mbps plan.
If I make this change and find that it does not meet my needs, can I upgrade to a higher level without penalty? How does this type of change effect my 12-month contract?

We welcome you to change you service to whichever speed that you find fit for your needs. I can certainly help you with this. Making plan changes with us does not incur fee for breaking contracts. What could incur fees would be if you cancel all your services with us while in a contract. These fees are called Early Termination fees. Each situation is unique, I would be happy to help.
