If you have not already done so, we suggest going here (https://www.xfinity.com/support/status) if there is an interruption of service taking place, this is the best place to view any available information including an Estimated Time of Restoration (if available). If you have already checked and have additional questions, please send a Direct Message with your full name and address. Here are instructions on how to send a DM in case you need them:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
