I have tried to troubleshoot the gateway device but still no luck. My bill isn’t due until the 30th of this month

Hello @user_b3f5ba! Thanks for reaching out about your internet service. Have you checked the Xfinity app for any service interruptions in your area? That is always the first place I go when my service isn't working.
