Internet down… again, even after a technician came out and I had a whole new line buried.

Hi, so my internet is down again. This comes a week after it being “fixed”, it was down for about five days prior to last week. I had a whole new buried line put in, a new modem and new cables. Something is seriously wrong with the main utility box. Also, if possible, I’d like to cancel my service as I’ve never had something like this happen before
