Need to escalate since local calls and 2 techs visits have not resolved issue with line broken

Internet fiber cut going to house around April 13/14th.  cable wire Sticking out of ground.

Called Xfinity on 4-14-26 to schedule tech and report cable cut

April 15th, Tech  came and said cable was cut which I told customer service when setting up appt.  Nothing he could do but schedule new cable and bury

April 16, received message that tech was scheduled to bury cable in next three days

April 19th, email received scheduling work to bury and install

April 23rd email stating cable would be buried by April 23.

April 26th email string work had been rescheduled

April 27th, called customer service again.  They scheduled tech out on April 30th

April 30th, Tech shows up asking what was wrong??? unbeleivable...... Said cable is cut, nothing he can do.  TOLD him to run temporary cable which he did laying across concrete driveway where it will be damaged

MAY 1 ......Do not know when it will be buried and installed correctly????

2-1/2 weeks of the delays and broken promises
