Internet Down 2 Days [Edited]

Hi, I need urgent help. Our internet has been down for 2 days and both my spouse and I work from home. This outage is directly impacting our jobs and we cannot continue like this.

We have already tried the standard support channels, but the issue is still unresolved. We need immediate assistance from the Executive Support team to restore service or dispatch a technician today.
