Internet disruptions

I am unable to speak with an agent. The automated system via 800-xfinity says there are outages causing disruptions in service. I have been having disruptions in service multiple times a day for 5 days straight and I want to make sure these outages are what is causing my issues. 5 days is a long time to have multiple disruptions per day
