Hello, @Spc22! We are happy to look further into the problem with your service. I apologize that has interrupted your work and understand it is critical to get back online ASAP. The Xfinity app will show any area problems and if there is an estimated time it will be restored. It is the same information we see when we access your account. We like things to be at your fingertips!
