Internet Disconnect Request Status
I submitted internet disconnect request on 6/20 and it is still pending today. Could someone help to check why it is pending for so long and when the request can be fulfilled? The reference number of my request is 1002142259092027. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here. Normally the disconnect orders will have a stop billing date, and a completion date that is 7 to 10 days later. If you set that order up to stop the billing on 6/20, the order may not close for a couple of more days.
