Internet Deals
Hello!
I was looking for a way to lower my internet bill and while chatting with a live agent was offered a wonderful deal that I said I wanted to accept. They sent me a text link to complete the process of getting the deal but it took a while to load and they disconnected from me. I reconnected to multiple other agents and even called and was directed to the Loyalty Team and was told by all of them that they can see my chat history where I was offered and accepted the new deal, but because deals on their end are auto generated, none of them can offer me that original deal. How can I c=go about getting the deal I was originally offered before I was disconnected. I have dowloaded my conversation transcript from all my conversations about it if that helps.
Thank you!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_3j66e5 I'm disheartened to hear this happened to you. I have to set the expectation that it may not be possible to get that offer back. Can you tell me the date you were chatting with that agent? If we cannot get it back there might be an alternative deal that is comparable, so I'd be happy to share what we currently have available. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
