Hello,

The promotion associated with my internet package has begun to expire, increasing my bill. Xfinity is going to be out of my budget soon.

I was hoping to speak with someone about promotions or other deals that could lower my bill, the initial price was great. I've been satisfied with my service and would hate to switch providers.
