internet curfew?
ever since the internet has been consistently on (since oct. 15th) its been shutting off around 11pm. No one should have a curfew for a service that THEY pay for.. I understand the company may be struggling but its been a little under 3 weeks now.

@user_kznnpn Our team can definitely understand how stressful and irritating it is to have issues with your internet connection. We all work from home on this end of the screen so we can completely relate to how it causes you to make arrangements that you didn't expect. We hope you and your family were not as impacted as others have reported after the recent hurricanes. Is the Xfinity app or our status center reporting a service interruption during that time? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you taken?
