Internet Connectivity issues

I've been on the phone with customer service for 3 days now trying to get help. The customer support team is absolutely no help and just a waste of time. I simply just need a technician to come out and help me with this issue. And I cannot get in touch with anyone for the life of me. They transfer me to tech department and it's just the same robot telling me to troubleshoot. Which I have done a million times. I just need a technician to come out. PLEASE

@user_5dc113 We apologize for the experience in trying to schedule your service appointment. When you experience internet connectivity issues we do have to complete a series of troubleshooting steps first. In some cases this may resolve the issue without the need for a technician visit. We have an excellent guide right here on our forums for Xfinity Internet Connection Troubleshooting Tips.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
