Internet Connection

I work from home and need to ensure that I have good connection, I keep getting complaints about my calls coming in and out and experience several issues with my connection. Could you send someone out to make sure that I am having the best connection possible please. My internet pauses a lot and pages do not load fast enough.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
