Are you trying to pair it using a WPS button on your Xfinity Gateway, or are you using the Navarro app to find the network manually?
One quick thing to check: sometimes third-party extenders struggle if your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks are under one name. Does your device require 2.4GHz?
