Internet connection keeps dropping

I am having the same issues. Ever since the hurricane Helene it seems. Xfinity support has been beyond useless and either I make an appointment which they they later don't have in their system or say their supervisor  will look into it and call back later and never do.

I am also in the Hurricane "ground zero". I had services restored on oct 11th and it has been intermittent ever since.

I work from home and I need to have something reliable. You guys have not been forthcoming with how you are going to restore service. Xfinity assistant is trash, as usual.
