Internet Connection Issues

I need to speak to a real person about my internet. I have an old brick house and the only place they have installed xfinity coax cable outlet was in the very back of the house. I've tried soo many things over the past year to make it work and am beyond frustrated but can't get a real person to help me. I really, really need a tech to come out and put in a new coax cable outlet in the center of my house so that I can have internet working properly everywhere. I've already talked to a couple other internet companies and they will do it if I set up new service. I would like to stay with xfinity, but am about at the end of my rope and will be seriously considering switching service if I can't get help.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

TheDaniBanani I am sorry to hear you have had to deal with this for a while. We definitely can get an additional outlet installed for you. This would have a one-time fee of up to $100.00 if able to be done. I will let you know now our technicians are not able to pull lines through your walls (wall fishing) and would use an outside wall to install the line/outlet if possible. If our team is not able to set that up, you can reach out to a local low-voltage electrician to help get one installed.  If you would like to get you would like to get that set up, send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
