Internet Canceled without consent

An Xfinity agent I was on call with last night canceled my entire service instead of just the appointment I needed canceled. Then another agent “gave me a new plan” and that isn’t real either because it still shows no plan on my account. I want my previous service reinstated. I already paid the necessary bills and stuff for that account, and I shouldn’t need to pay again because an agent canceled my stuff. Please help
