Internet cable not buried
I have a situation where the technician installed my internet about two weeks ago, and the team that is supposed to bury the orange cable coming from my neighbor's house, which crosses my entire yard, still hasn't come. This is a very annoying situation for my neighbors.
I have texted the supervisor several times and I still waiting for a response.
