Internet cable not buried and technician drilled into my deck

XfinityComcast Technician came to install cable at my neighbors house three houses down on Thursday, October 22nd and left the cable draped across all three backyards, left hardware and plastic pieces, and drilled into my deck to run the cable.

They did not have my permission to be on my property and let themselves into my gated backyard

It has now been over a week and they have not come back, after they told my neighbor they would be back in 24 - 48 hours to bury the cable.

How do I get them to:

1. Remove the cable from my deck.
2. Repair or pay for the damage from drilling into the deck.
3. Bury the cable properly and neatly
4. Ask for permission to be working and digging in my backyard.

Escalated to an Official Employee but 10 days to 2 weeks is normal burying time (you’ll see flags and markers first) and there are easement rights, permission isn’t a necessity but the techs could have let you known they were in your yard

It's more so the fact that they drilled into my deck which is made of rare Brazillian hardwood- Angelim Pedra. It all looks terrible and the cable was haphazardly strewn across the gate, fence, yard and then across my neighbors yard. I've tripped over it a few times....it's not just laying on the ground. It's curled and in loops. They also don't need to go through our backyards. They were just being lazy.

If you want help and you haven't sent @ComcastChe the information requested, you need to do so.

How can I contact the damage claim person that came out to take pictures? They did not leave a number and said that they would be calling me but never have.
