Internet Cable Down, On the Road - Need Human Help
My internet cable has been knocked down by a storm and I no longer have internet. The cable is draped across the road and hanging off the corner of my house. I need a technician to repair this.
If I do not get prompt assistance with this, I'm going to drop Xfinity and go to my local provider. I depend on this internet for work. It is unacceptable to have this much trouble to speak to a human being to get assistance.
I have entered two self service tickets - one last night, one several minutes ago.
My account still claims I do not have any open support tickets. Their ID's are: #[Edited: "Personal Information"] and #[Edited: "Personal Information"]
I am going to continue looking to find a method to speak to someone. This is directly impacting my employment.
