Internet Bill [Edit]
Hello,
I am a college student who get reimbursed for my internet bill. I was told by my advisor that I need to show a bill that separates the cost for internet. I understand I have a trip play package, and the agent said I pay 117.50 for internet and pointed me in the direction of page 3 of my bill which shows the 117.50. but it says Super+more Additional services include Gig+ Internet, Netflix, Standard HD plan & Infinity Voice unlimited.
My advisor says that is not the internet cost as it says more than internet. How can I get a letter or invoice showing my internet cost? I will need this each month for the next 2 years, as that is how long my program is.
If you are unable to provide an invoice that shows it, can you provide a letter? If not, can I have a letter saying that you don't provide a breakdown, in hopes of getting the reimbursement another way.
I have been a comcast customer for over 20 years. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello user_rdtjp2 , Thanks for reaching out to us here on Xfinity Forums. We would be happy to see what we can do to provide an itemized bill for your reimbursement. In order to get started and to look at the bill I first just need you to send a direct message with your full name and the address.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
