Internet bill and speed.

So you guys up my basic internet only bill $20.00 per month and now the speeds have been excessively slow! I’m very unsatisfied with my current service. The mark up is ridiculous. I would like my bill to be lowered. I’m looking into another plan. If this isn’t fixed, I will eventually terminate my service. This is unacceptable. I hope you all can reach out and try to keep me as a customer! - Rob
