Internet availability
I am trying to get Internet for my mother-in-law, but it is slightly out of reach by less than a mile. I was told by the agent somebody there might be able to get me connected. The address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I know how important it is to get each household connected, and we would be happy to investigate with you. The length at which the home is from the nearest connection point determines if the services can be delivered with reliable services. If it is over that certain feet, it may not be possible that we are able to do so due to the drop in signal strength that can occur with it further away. I would be happy to work through a ticket to see if it is possible at all. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
