Internet Appt

I spoke to a rep yesterday, pertaining to a problem we were having with our internet. It was determined that we needed to exchange our modem, for a new one. The rep was to have scheduled an appointment for a tech to arrive and replace the modem between 10a-12p, the technician did not arrive. Where is the technician?
