Internet and TV Outage

When will this outage be done.  Everytime I check the Status all it does is move back.  This is affecting my children for virtual schooling.  It also infurates me that there is no phone number to call and I have to leave this in a forum.  I need one of these 'OFFICIAL EMPLOYEES' to answer me.

These outages are affecting schooling my job I was laid off due to to many interruptions in my service calls being dropped I had to send screen shots of outages to the school since my kids were being marked absent the car rep advised me to pack up kids and go to a McDonald's were there is a hot spot my bill is 200 a month service is garbage I went from 2300 a month to unemployment of 1500 a month my job was basically lost reps upgrade my service claiming that was issue and of course it wasnt
