Internet and tv out ALL DAY!!!

WHEN will our service be restored?!?! Signed up for status updates and nothing but silence from Comcast Xfinity. You WILL be issuing me a credit on my monthly bill for this! This is ridiculous! No virtual class, no work at all today. I should also request my days pay from you!
Please provide a status to your stranded customers!!
