Internet and televisions not working properly
We have had problems with our internet and cable for weeks. There has been work going on in our area for months. We had guests over to watch the NCAA basketball games and had to go someplace else because our televisions were not working. We pay a monthly bill of $500 and there is always a problem. Please send someone to fix this right away.

Hello user_keqchd, the games are a pretty tough pill to swallow, especially when you have company. I'd love a chance to work with you more on this and find a resolution. Are you able to confirm if you see any error codes or error messages on your screen when the issue is present? Or does this only happen when there is an active service interruption in your area?
