internet and cable outage
out for nearly 7 days, power came back Sunday. Customer service had a message on Monday that we would be repaired by Thursday that message has to changed to no date at all. You can't speak to a human. This company has had the worse customer service of any service provider I've ever dealt with. This isn't my first issue. At least provide updates as to why and when. I'm not even sure anyone knows there is a pole down and cable wires on the road.
